Each session is unique to each individual client, met with intentionality to address their specific concerns and issues.

Janet’s journey began with her graduation from The Institute of Natural Healing Sciences in Colleyville, Texas in 2002. Since then, she has diligently pursued advanced training and continuing education in: deep tissue/structural balancing technique, myofascial release and craniosacral therapy, pregnancy, medical and orthopedic massage.
